To find a provider that listens is rare these days. I’m seeking an answer and to feel better and this provider listened patiently. I haven’t been feeling well for a very long time and am frustrated with the level of care - complete disregard of how I’m feeling. This is why I am seeking care through ZocDoc. After not getting answers in 2022 or 2023, I broke down and cried to my previous PCP because I’m so tired of being sick. Well, that got me an antidepressant prescription. I’m not depressed!!!!! Everyone who cries is not depressed. I do not want pills, I want my life back. After my visit today, I pray to get the answers I seek. Very pleased with this provider.
Final note - I presented in 2022 with crusty pus oozing from my scalp (creamy white) after trying every topical cream/shampoo/ointment, I begged for a culture. Over a YEAR later - Staph A that NOBODY believed was an infection. Please find a doctor who doesn’t know everything. If they don’t listen -switch. You know your body.

My main reason for going to see this doctor was to have my testosterone levels checked, I clearly stated this when I was asked. I drove 6 hours to go see her and ultimately checked all my blood levels except my testosterone. Waste of time and money.
