HD Counseling Service

HD Counseling Service provides one on one therapeutic care to individuals, couples, or families. Working with me, you can expect the intake process to help build a working picture of what my client is dealing with so I can meet them where they are at and use appropriate therapeutic tools to meet their needs. I have compassion and a sense of humor to assist with what can appear to be a daunting task of change and growth. I believe that the foundation of growth is appreciating that progress is not linear and can look like criss cross and diagonal lines. I want to work with clients who understand that they can be successful using self-compassion, humor, and non-judgmental self-talk to meet their goals.
