Since 1991, Head & Neck Surgery of Kansas City has provided expert care for ear, nose, and throat conditions across the Greater Kansas City area. What began as a single practice has grown into a collaborative team of board-certified ENT physicians, board-certified physician assistants, audiologists, and dedicated staff — now serving patients at three convenient locations in Overland Park, South Overland Park, and Grandview.

I normally never write 5 star reviews for service providers I like because I don't want them to get so busy, I can't get an appointment when I want it. ?? But my experience was so good, it would be wrong to not tell them, and everyone!
I couldn't be happier with this office and Caroline McFeeters. I made my same day appointment online for 10:45 am. Office staff was super friendly and I went back to the room less than 5 minutes after completing the paperwork. McFeeters was so friendly, patient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was back at work in less than 35 minutes. That NEVER happens at a doctor's office.

Good overall experience but a few tweaks would help. When signing up online it wouldn't let me request a hearing test AND a ear cleaning. We tried calling to clarify but it was a challenge getting in touch with a busy office. Once there they had to enter my insurance info which I had already provided online. They said the systems don't transfer info completely. Now I guess that 3rd pty software has my info too and who knows where it goes from there. But that's not too uncommon. Other than that the staff did a great job going through the hearing test and cleaning and follow up process. Thanks.

I arrived very early as I didn’t know how long it would take to. drive due to construction. I was welcomed right away and started paperwork. After paperwork completed I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes before nurse called me back to room. Dr Challis came in very shortly. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and also explained tests he suggested for me. This was done after exam. Dr Challis was friendly and made sure I didn’t have any other questions. Whole appointment was very smooth and friendly. Would highly recommend Dr Challis and his office.

Dr. Thompson is quite literally the best doctor I’ve ever had.
He speaks concisely and patiently and shows genuine care and compassion for his patients.
After a few minutes of speaking with Dr. Thompson, it becomes very obvious he is a complete expert in all things ENT related. It puts you at ease with confidence that your health is in good hands.
He also removed a cancerous salivary gland tumor from my neck and saved my life about fifteen years ago.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr Thompson.

I have been going to Dr. Walton for many years. He is well known for catching things other physicians have missed and or correcting some of the mistakes they may have made. Working closely with my neurologist, he resolved an ongoing issue that I had no idea I had. Since that time he has always been available, always thorough, explaining things in a way I understand and genuinely cared for my well-being. I would recommend, and have many times, Dr. Walton for any ENT issues anyone may have. The office is efficient and office staff very friendly.

Dr Ellis listened intently, never interrupting me during me telling him what was going on with me. He asked qualifying questions and took time to dig deeper into what I was saying. Additionally, he was very clear and concise and did not use a lot of "I am uber smart dr guy that knows big words." He used verbiage that was understandable and made sense. He worked up a plan on how to handle immediate needs, and a plan for how we are going to proceed for long term solutions. While he was quick, he was very through. I appreciate his direct nature and problem-solving skillset. He did not fill the air with a lot of fluff, but focused on the issues, ensure he understood the issues, then gave a plan to resolve issues with clear next steps.
