I work with teens and adults (13+) using Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and additional therapeutic approaches based on what best supports each client’s goals. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, or relationship and life stress, I believe in meeting you where you are with honesty, compassion, and practical guidance.
