I am very pleased and grateful to have been paired with Lucon!! He was able to see me in an extremely timely way, at a time when I was in deep need of help. He is generous with his gentleness, kindness, patience, and knowledge. He was able to help me make so many connections on who I am and why I think the way that I do, and gave me solid tools to help me navigate everyday life. He also quickly adapted to my personal learning style and needs which I am eternally grateful for because his knowledge could 'stick' with me better and more thoroughly. I call him Dr. Riguad.?? we worked together as partners in my care. He guided me to see me. Dr. Riguad helped me to explore my past—why I am the way that I am so that I can move forward.
After utilizing the tools he gave me to rid myself of anxiety, depression ,isolation and self loathing, I am moving forward to self love.
I continue my services with Dr. Riguad because there is still work to be done. Family, work, social anxiety, and happiness .
It took three therapists before I found one that works for me. I’m finally getting the help I need and I feel Great!??
