Dr Wong is the BEST. He listens. He gives great advice and if something isn't working we mutually agree to change it. When I can't get the support staff to follow through on a order he knows exactly who to contact to get it done. He also is extremely personable and for me that's a must.

I've had one visit with Dr. Wong. He's bilingual in Chinese and English. His consultation was thorough and listened to concerns carefully and patiently. He is very aware of the consumer experience of having insurance and will ask for explicit permission before administering any test or procedure. Huge plus was that I did not wait long for my appointment to begin. The office is quaint and pleasant - city sized.

I was here for an annul check up. The waiting area was crowded and small. The wait time was above 30min. But Dr Wong seemed caring and gave good details when I asked. I needed to go to the lab for blood test and let's see how Dr Wong is in following up.
