Dr Wong is the BEST. He listens. He gives great advice and if something isn't working we mutually agree to change it. When I can't get the support staff to follow through on a order he knows exactly who to contact to get it done. He also is extremely personable and for me that's a must.

I've had one visit with Dr. Wong. He's bilingual in Chinese and English. His consultation was thorough and listened to concerns carefully and patiently.
He is very aware of the consumer experience of having insurance and will ask for explicit permission before administering any test or procedure.
Huge plus was that I did not wait long for my appointment to begin.

My appointment with Dr. Wong was a pleasant experience. I had a very brief wait time in the waiting room and the nurses and staff were friendly. Dr. Wong answered all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. I felt very comfortable with him. And because his office is open on Sunday I didn't have to miss work, which was very convenient.
