'If you are noticing that life has been difficult to cope with anxiety, PTSD or trauma, and relationship issues Jasmine Carpio, LCSW specializes in navigating these challenges. With EMDR therapy and other trauma informed therapies, you can work together to learn skills to manage your anxiety and limiting beliefs, and do the work to heal trauma and experience more hope and joy in life. Jasmine provides LGBTQ+ affirming therapy as well as an option to integrate your faith and spiritual beliefs while working toward your goals. She offers a space to meet in person in Chandler, AZ and also provides online therapy for your convenience if you are located in Arizona.
