I thank God for finding Dr Lalama I had to change my primary doctor I had and loved for 20 years due to insurance issue and the first time I didn’t use ZocDoc and had a nightmare experience from hell with a racist doctor. I’m so glad I used ZocDoc after that because I was able to find Dr Lalama and she is an angel and I feel so blessed to have a new primary doctor who is kind professional knowledgeable and patient and treats her patients with respect. The entire office is so sweet and kind and made me feel welcome which was so much better than how I was treated before when I didn’t use ZocDoc to read the reviews on my doctor If I ever have to change doctors again I will always definitely use ZocDoc first!

I booked this appointment the day before & was seen very efficiently. Very smart & helpful doctor. I came in sick , she prescribed me medicine & my sickness went away. I had a severe chronic cough where phlegm wouldn’t stop accumulating and made me uncontrollably cough literally everyday and at times wake me up out my sleep. I was very ill & miserable. thanks to this smart doctor I was able to feel better and get over the sickness, now I’m completely healthy again. Very grateful

The doctor was incredibly attentive and took the time to truly listen to me. I went in for one concern, but she made sure to check everything and address my overall well-being.
She’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever met—knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. It’s rare to find a doctor who listens so carefully and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable. She also treated her team with so much respect and kindness, which says a lot about her character. You could tell her staff was happy and confident working with her.
More doctors need to be like her. She genuinely cares about her patients and creates such a positive environment for everyone in the office.
