At Heale Medical, our mission is to make quality healthcare more accessible and enjoyable. We see fewer patients each day and spend more time learning about their health needs. We provide a comprehensive proactive and data enabled approach for total body wellness. Our state-of-the-art technology platform provides detailed analysis of health risks of our patients, and we coach them to mitigate these risks. We implement an engaging technology platform that allows patients to understand their health risks and take active part in creating their own health goals alongside their doctor. At Heale Medical we connect data enabled, quality primary care to the solutions and services needed to support total body wellness. We also strive to minimize wait times in the waiting room and offer quick appointments. All memberships include a free nutritionist consult. Our team is committed to ensuring that we meet each patient’s unique health goals, together.

“excellent wait time" ?! If the doctor cannot finish a patient's visit within 30 minutes, they should schedule 60-minute slots instead. I waited for 45 minutes. This is unreasonable. And I don’t buy the story of “short stuff” said by the doctor. The have been having this issue for a long time. They could have adjusted their booking system instead of keep patients waiting. I will not recommend this office if you want to save your time. And the quality of the doctor/nurse is not quite good.

Dr Ng is personable and took the time to listen to my concerns. She was able to evaluate my test results to quickly recommend a decisive course of action and give me answers about what might be going on with my health, after I had gotten the runaround from other Drs for weeks. She referred me to a specialist immediately following my appointment who was responsive to her referral and got me in promptly. Thanks to her care and attention to detail, I am finally getting the care I so needed and feeling better every day. Thank you Dr Ng!

The first thing that stood out to me was the minimal wait time before being seen. I was actually surprised. The staff was friendly, and I didn't feel rushed. The Dr Fadul listened asked questions and took notes. Explained to me in detail what the issue could be and the next steps. I felt that I was in very good hands. My visit was easily the most comfortable experience I've had visiting a Dr. Very relaxed atmosphere as a whole. I would recommend Dr Emily Fadul to all of my friends and coworkers. 5 Stars for me!

Emily was very thorough with her evaluation. She really took her time to go over my medical history and listen to all of my concerns there was no sense of being rushed at all.
