Bethany listens carefully to my issues and is able to provide valuable suggestions. Her perspective has enabled me to see things differently and to move forward. Over the years, I have seen a number of counselors, and she is the best. I highly recommend her.

Bethany has a very empathetic communication style that really helps create a safe-space feeling, which was really important for me because of my anxiety and difficulty getting vulnerable with most people. She provides very useful insights and comments on my issues that gave me a lot of clarity. Importantly for me, she is extremely flexible with logistics, and lets me choose how frequently or infrequently we have sessions. I really highly recommend her, especially to anyone who is new to therapy or unsure if it's right for them - you will appeciate her gentle approach.
