Healing Creative Therapy

I am an LCAT (Licensed Creative Arts Therapist.) I practice Art Therapy, as well as EMDR and Brainspotting. EMDR and Brainspotting are both brain based psychotherapies. These therapies work to help the brain process and integrate traumatic memories. Both EMDR and Brainspotting allow for memories to be reprocessed and integrated in a more adaptive way. We can use client's art work with both EMDR and Brainspotting.
