Definitely the clinic to go and see Dr. Simeni. She was very professional, down to earth, and she got down to the solution of your issues. Walking into her office, I was excited, and I left feeling in control and I knew what I had to do in order to see and feel a better version of myself.

I saw this nursefor maybe 5 minutes, at the end of our session she told me to ‘take care of my copay’ and not even 30 minutes later texted my phone number telling me to take care of it once again. Mind you I’m incredibly sick and bedridden. It seemed to me she was most interested in being done with the appointment and getting her money.

As a healthcare worker I find it difficult to make in-person appointments. Finding Zocdoc was a happy accident. Isabelle was actually the first provider that popped up who offered telehealth, took my insurance AND had an appointment within a few hours on the same day. She listened and included me in my care asking questions and preferences. If I ever need another telehealth appointment, I'll try to schedule with her first before choosing someone else.

This nurse knew that I couldn't be her patient, yet she charged me. She actually chuckled when asking me about my situation. I paid her bill, but it doesn't make sense to charge patients if you know that you can not be of service. I was on the call for less than 5 mins. Even though the website says that she takes new patients and initiates treatment, beware because she doesn't. She continues treatment. Not initiation of treatment.
