This individual was not willing to work with me. I clearly outlined that I was unwilling to take any antidepressant. Due to the fact that I have anxiety, not depression. I was continuously told to be given a antidepressant. I exclaimed several times that this is not what I wanted. I want something that will help only with the anxiety.

Within the first 2 mins she knew my meds but then did an entire intake form where I had to explain my trauma history. Then at the end she told me she doesn’t manage my type of medication because of the risk and labs involved. She knew that the entire time and made me expend all my emotional energy going over my history. It’s extremely disrespectful of both of our time and there was no reason for me to share any of my trauma history with her since she knew she wouldn’t take me as a patient within 2 mins. Horrible bedside manner as well, I told her some major trauma and she just moved on to the next question. She didn’t even pretend to have empathy.
