I've been trying to get pyshichiatric help all day today.. two appointment canceled by here team. One at 12 another 2. Doesn't feel good to be on the edge of suicidal anxiety and can't get scheduled help.. 2 appointments cancel at the time of meeting.

She was so knowedgable with the info she gave me about my issues. I got much more help from Esther in an hour than I have in 10 years of care with UTSW psychiatry. She will be a keeper.

My visit with Nurse Aruna was absolutely wonderful. She was able to see me (a new patient) the same day. This was perfect for me because I was really struggling and had been over the holidays. Nurse Aruna was very thorough in the initial visit. She listened intently and without judgement. Her empathy and insights were just what I needed in that moment. She was also able to refill my meds! I am looking forward to our next meeting.
