I think that the most important aspect of doctor's offices today are the staff, as long as the staff is supporting the doctor and there is effective communication with the patient directly with their doctor that is an effective medical office.

hE IS VERY CARING. I AM A COMPLICATED PATIENT WITH A SIGNIFICANT PAST MEDICAL HISTORY. THEREFORE, I TAKE A LOG TIME TO GO THROUGH MEDICATION ADJUSTMENTS, INTERACTIONS ETC. I AM ALSO A DIALYSIS PATIENT, HE IS ALSO A NEPHROLOGIST, SO HE ASSISTS ME AND REASSURES ME ABOUT SIDE EFFECTS AND PROCEDURES.

Dr. Singh has a very quaint little office right off of Charleston. Walked in and only waited about 15 minutes till I was taken to a back room. Only waited 5 to 10 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr Singh spent almost 20 to 30 minutes with me which is extremely appreciated especially with how most doctors are in and out. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend.

The wait time was longer than I would have expected after reading the reviews but Once the doctor saw me I felt heard and like I was in good hands.
He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would say he spent about a 1/2 an hour with me.
We're getting some bloods done and we'll see where we go from here.
I hope to have found my new permanent doctor.

As a new patient, relocating here from out of state, I was immediately told I wasn’t getting a refill on a medication i have been on for over 3 years and that I would have to complete a drug screening first. While waiting i took a pregnancy test. The medical assistant came in, tossed a paper on the desk that said “negative”. The male nurse said “your test was negative” then 30 seconds later, the MA came back in and took the paper back and brought a different one in that said “positive”.The male nurse giggled and said “oh, wait it’s positive” totally unprofessional in my opinion
. Anyways, I’m pregnant now and can’t take the medication but i was overcharged for an over the counter, multi vitamin that would’ve cost me much less and told to come back in a week. Without any plan of treatment. Sub par care at best. I won’t be returning. The outside looked like poor. Wood and construction blocked the door. Poor,dirty seating in the lobby.

He was a very nice doctor but when I called to see if I could get my medications at a discount through his pharmacy I never received a call back. I only called because he suggested I do a price check with his pharmacy if my medications we're too expensive through my regular pharmacy.

Everyone who was so kind at this office and I'm so happy that I found them after such a long time of searching to find a new general practitioner to follow my care. Everybody really grasped the concept of understanding why there medical professionals and why they studied to do that. It's obvious in the way they treat people, their bedside manner how kind and compassionate they are two people who come in there and mainly me since I'm writing this review!
I highly recommend this office to anyone else if you want Quality Care by people who truly care about you.
