Excellent experience with Dr. Matthews. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. The office staff was incredibly friendly and professional, check-in was seamless, and I was seen right on time with no wait. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews to anyone looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor who genuinely cares about his patients.

I made the appointment through Zocdoc and was shown that I was covered under my insurance. I was seen by a different doctor and she was nice but less experienced. However, as I was leaving the office staff stopped me to say I owed a fee for my visit and was not covered by insurance. I was not told prior to being seen and was given two fees and ended up paying the higher quoted pricing than the first quoted pricing. I was a bit shocked and not expecting it. I wish there was better communication upfront prior to being seen.

I like the doctor I ended up with, but it wasn’t the doctors that I scheduled an appointment with and nobody even acknowledged this. They also come off a little cheap not validating parking. They should at least tell you before you park.

The team was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Tran. As a weightlifter and working professional who frequently sits in front of a computer all day, she was exactly what I needed to address, adjust, and educate me about my issues.
Knowledgeable, a good listener, and with a genuine bedside manner, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Tran or this office!

Amazing. I normally get a bit frustrated with doctors in the So-Cal area. But this office was different. Everyone there was so relaxed and kind. I never felt rushed in and out, just so they could get to the next patient. It felt like they truly cared for my health.
Thanks guys for giving me all the time and respect. I won’t be going anywhere else now :)

Dr. Mathews is a great chiropractor and totally listened to my issues, and did his absolute best to address them. I only have two complaints, my first visit I was adjusted by a different doctor. I cannot remember his name, but he was an Asian guy. He was very nice, but extremely rough with his adjustment, pulling my skin and hurting me the two times I’ve been adjusted by him. I never had that issue with Dr. Mathews though, and plan to continue to see him! My only other issue is the office calls your phone number way too much to schedule additional appointments. It definitely feels like they are trying to upsell you. The services like massages they trying up sell you on, are still great, and feel amazing! It’s just before every appointment basically, I get a phone call trying to get me to add an additional services???????. I have no problem they offer other services, just wish they offered it when you booked your appointment, instead of the persistent weekly calls I received.

This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. I selected Dr. Matthews due to his availability on a Saturday and his prproximity, and I'm glad I did. The office staff is attentive and professional, and he is a good communicator and a good listener who also asked pertinent questions. The session went very well and the relief from the pain and discomfort is palpable. I've already made another appointment.

It was my first time going to a chiropractor before. albeit, I was pretty nervous as I had no idea what to expect. But Dr. Matthews and his team were so incredibly kind and helpful during the whole process! My first visit went amazing and I feel so so much better! I would absolutely recommend his practice.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Matthews! He is attentive to the problems that I’m having and you can tell he really listens. Nice stem/heat therapy to warm up before he aligns you, which was a big upgrade from my last doctor. Once he aligned me and understood my issues, he gave me some stretches/exercises to take home which is very helpful. Overall great experience book that appointment!

The office staff were friendly and helpful, but the copay was more than it should have been with the insurance I have. I explained to the doctor what pain I was feeling, and that it felt very similar to something that happened to me several years ago that a different chiropractor fixed easily. She did not take me seriously, did not listen to my concerns, fat shamed me, and didn't even fix the problem. I started feeling the same pain I described to her shortly after the appointment.

Very happy with my experience. The office contacted me in advance because of a scheduling issue and was still able to get me in same day near my original appointment time. Front office staff was friendly and intake was quick. Dr. Tran was friendly, professional, and very informative. She listened to all of my concerns and I left the appointment already feeling better.

I asked if the had someone who could help for vocal care and if the could provide relief for that prior to booking. I was told yes they could. The doctor I saw had no idea that was why I was there and no understanding of what I was looking for prior to my appointment. Also had no idea that it could even help for vocal. Which is why I asked in the first place. I know it’s unusual to seek chiropractic care for vocal, but there are some that can help provide relief which is why I specifically asked. Even though it was listed as in network I had to pay for the appt so to not get any relief I didn’t feel it was worth it.
