Integrated Medical Clinic offering
Medical, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and on site X-Rays. Our goal is to help our patients with their health goals. We are focused on our patients. We put the patient in the center and have all the providers, medical doctors and osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturist and massage therapists around them focusing on getting the patient better and achieving their health and wellness goals. The patient has access to all of the different providers in one location. Our office works to coordinate the patients designed treatment plan to work around their schedule and the office is able to schedule seeing multiple providers during a single visit to the clinic. By doing this and trying our best to have the patient seen on time, makes your time as efficient as possible. It eliminates having to travel to different locacations to receive the treatment you need.

they tried to upsell me on several things early on in the appointment, even though I had booked with a female doctor online they randomly assigned me a male one with no explanation or acknowledgement, the wait time was an hour even though I arrived within 10 mins of my appt start time, and the chiropractic treatment was extremely lackluster/minimal despite me being very detailed about my specific issues and needs. the whole time the chiropractor worked on me, h was having a side conversation with a fellow employee that didn't seem professionally related whatsoever, so I had a really hard time deciphering when he was talking to me and clearly communicating with him. felt like a waste of time

I was disappointed that the provider I selected was not the person who serviced me. I was told that doctor was out, which is strange that I was allowed to schedule an appointment with them if that was the case. Also, the online prep paperwork took an hour to complete and was unnecessarily tedious. But when I arrived, they had no record that I had completed it so I had to do it all over again on paper which was very frustrating.

I did not see the provider I scheduled appointment with. waited 45 minutes before being seen by anyone at all. I was told in advance it would be a 2hr appointment to review my history, recent imaging, symptoms, and then receive treatment and PT. That did not happen. Instead, after waiting 45 min., I was seen by a different provider without explanation. I then had to argue with the billing dept, as they attempted to balance bill me, which is illegal under my circumstances. After that, I was brought into a room, X-rays were taken, received chiropractic adjustments, and sent on my way. I had gathered all of my recent imaging, medical notes, and pain logs in preparation for a thorough review of my case, hoping for insight and answers. However, at no point did anyone ask about my pain, location, how it felt, or how it affected my daily life. As I was leaving, I requested copies of the X-rays taken during the visit & was told I would have to wait until my next appointment to receive them.

I was given a 10 page documents to fill in and sign which took a long time and I had already did them on line but they asked me to do them again. The doctor was kind and friendly and asked all kinds of questions to evaluate my conditions. I was left in the room when the doctor left and no one showed up for at least half an hour, I was exhausted and decided to leave . I went to the front desk and told them about my situation, they were super busy and did not realize I was sitting in this room for someone to show up and no one even knew I was there. The receptionists were so busy did not know what to do with me, I let them know I was leaving and I did not want x-rays because I just had them done in another place. The girl in the front office got herself together and found a minute to make me another appointment and I finally left the office.

I went for 2 visits that included X-rays and adjustments. Despite completing the required intake forms online in advance, I was asked to fill out the same info again on paper when I arrived.
At my 2nd visit, a nurse reviewed my X-rays and recommended a treatment plan of 3 visits/week for 3 months. I have good insurance, but the plan included acupuncture and massage that were not covered, resulting in only about 60% coverage overall. I was encouraged to prepay the full treatment plan for a small discount - a very large upfront commitment out of pocket.
I was clear that I couldn’t commit but wanted to continue care on a pay-as-you-go basis while my insurance was still active, as I was soon losing my job. We verbally agreed to follow-up appointments, but they were never scheduled.
The care itself was fine, but the experience appeared heavily oriented toward prepaid treatment plans and add-on services, with no follow-through once I declined to prepay. Disappointing experience.

I had been searching for the best acupuncturist I could find in Los Angeles, and after sifting through Yelp, Zocdoc, and Google reviews, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Jiny Lee. I just returned from my first session and already feel a sense of peace and calm. She truly cares for her patients, took the time to address all of my concerns, and her empathy, generosity, and skill moved me deeply. She even gifted me a face mask she made herself with special herbs, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her staff are also wonderful: Daniel and Suzanne were so kind and helpful, and Erica, the nurse, was empathetic and supportive. The office is beautiful, spacious, and relaxing, with private rooms, ample free parking in the back, and other services like chiropractic care and massage therapy. I drove from Hollywood to come here, and it is absolutely worth it. After just one session, I am beyond thrilled to have found Dr. Jiny Lee and Health Atlast.

My first experience with acupuncture, my daughter had the day off of school and I didn't realize this when I booked my appointment. They were very understanding and didn't mention her as an issue at all. I also really appreciated the doctor being so informative and making me comfortable. Great experience!
