Integrated Medical Clinic offering
Medical, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and on site X-Rays. Our goal is to help our patients with their health goals. We are focused on our patients. We put the patient in the center and have all the providers, medical doctors and osteopaths, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturist and massage therapists around them focusing on getting the patient better and achieving their health and wellness goals. The patient has access to all of the different providers in one location. Our office works to coordinate the patients designed treatment plan to work around their schedule and the office is able to schedule seeing multiple providers during a single visit to the clinic. By doing this and trying our best to have the patient seen on time, makes your time as efficient as possible. It eliminates having to travel to different locacations to receive the treatment you need.

My 1 hr appointment was at 5:30pm, but didn't get seen until 6pm...Didn't see the DC as advertised, it was a new grad instead. I was told being seen later was on purpose since that is how long it typically takes for me to fill in paperwork and for the DC to evaluate my paperwork. Then I got my vitals taken but front desk. And some time after that 5mins with DC on exam, 2-3mins on adjustment (was interrupted for 5 min beforehand as DC was attending to another patient and set him up on the table)...
After adjusting me (lacked specificity, just broad / large movement manipulations which was okay but wished to be a bit more specific compared to pior experiences)...he put me on a traction table for 10min.
So total time with DC was about 10 mins...this and that took rest of the time. All and all...experience was messy and distracting as patients were coming in at different directions. May be better to go to cash place for quality care. DC was pleasant in manner but can tell he's new.

did not meet the doctor i requested. as a bipoc female, i booked my appointment with a bipoc female doctor. there were options for multiple doctors at this location, but i had the illusion of choice via zocdoc. so i chose.
i’m extremely disappointed that it was never even acknowledged by anyone until i said something at the end of my appointment, requesting to schedule my next appt with a female doctor. when i said that i would prefer a female doctor, the person at the desk said “i understand”.
if you understand… please acknowledge that with your patients ahead of time.
anyways, i did schedule a second appointment but the next day i woke up with back pain in a new place i’d never had before so i won’t be going back at all. any positive stars were because everyone was nice.

Dr. Brian Huth was so kind and helpful. He explained many chiropractic concepts to me, provided informative answers to all of my questions & educated me on my care plan. He seemed to really care about the patient experience as well. Would definitely recommend.

I arrived 15 mi Utes early/filled out the paperwork/waited another 15 minutes was put in a room where a massage therapist took my blood pressure then told me the chiropractor would be with me shortly. I waited 45 minutes and then left. Life’s too short.

Amazing—I am being seen by a doctor, chiropractor, and getting acupuncture. I have been in chronic pain for two years and was terrified of the idea of someone touching my back. They actually verified with me if I want to be touched in a certain way/if pain was too intense. Instead of trial and error, they switch to a precise activator (I was a college athlete 15 years ago and have plenty of pt/Chiro experience) and it was not a bad experience AT ALL. I was definitely sore after the first visit—but in a good way. After second visit, I actually was able to walk/sit without the ever present discomfort and regular shooting pains—my mind is blown! Both the doctor and chiropractor discussed my health history, let me know how each medication I take affects my spine/neck and did an extremely thorough and patient assessment of my overall health—I haven’t felt this “seen” in a long time. My chronic health issues make doctors a nightmare—but this place is SO different! Give it a try!! 11/10 stars

Dr. Higashi was nice, but OH MY GOSH, the COVID risk is high in this place. Two staff members were visibly sick, coughing and blowing their noses, and it's a open space in which you are being treated right next to others. One woman looked quite sick. It was a bit terrifying. If you do go, don't go in the bathroom. So much coughing happening in the bathroom. Lots of people there, both staff and patients. Also, the front desk is very nice. However, the first time I went, they switched me to another chiropractor without my knowledge or consent. A male doctor. I thought, okay, fine I'll do it. But it wasn't a good adjustment, barely did anything. I went again, making sure I'd get Dr. Higashi. It also not such good adjustment, but better than this first doctor. Also, they have a bunch of different services there, which you might like, one stop shopping and all, but I did feel like there was some pressure to do it all. Having said that, I was impressed with their front desk and intake people. Quite personable. But it adds a lot to the time you'll be at the office. Count on at least an hour.

I’ve been going to Dr. Steph now for nearly 3 years I think. I have EDS, it is painful and my joints and muscles get bent out of shape just sitting in one position for more then 20 mins. Going to the chiropractor is one of the few things that helps get some relief with that. And Dr. Steph is a little ray of sunshine who really cares about her patients. If you can try to specifically ask for her or her husband Dr. Wayne.
They also have an awesome masseur Alex - she is also super nice and really good at what she does. Would recommend her too.

Dr. Stephanie is absolutely amazing, the caliber of her Chiropractic care is an absolute miracle. I had a major accident and couldn’t even bend down to pick up a computer charger at the time. Continuing with the care is extremely important but now I’m given more mobility and range of motion in my neck.
I’d highly recommend her!

I am 37 weeks pregnant and Dr. Higashi was perfect for addressing my chiropractic needs as a pregnant woman. She was welcoming, communicative, professional, and very personable. I felt very welcome and able to ask questions regarding my treatment. Her recommendations were holistic and very helpful for my pregnancy and general needs.

It was very convenient for me to book a reservation via Zocdoc. I was treated with Dr.Wayne Hasegawa. Very professional and thorough on my back pain.
The staffs were nice. Treatment was effective. I will have to get series of treatment to know the exact effectiveness but so far my first impression was very good.

I have been twice to this clinic and was not getting relief so about a week after I called to ask about the injections I had as they didn’t give the level of relief I was expecting .
I was told to come straight in to get some more pain relief but I had no treatment at all and was charged as much for a 4 minute appointment as I was the week before when I had injections and stem therapy and a diagnosis.
I felt this was totally unfair to charge so much money just to order an MRI particularly when I was there a week before.
I expected some fee but this was exorbitant for a 4 minute appointment!!
They are all lovely in there and I will say there are many positive aspects to this clinic.
My insurance is a more limited policy for this type of treatment so clearly a factor for me.
I have been to other really good places where I received so much more treatment information and relief for the money.

I'm really bummed out about this practice! The staff and Dr. Stephanie Higashi are incredibly nice and attentive. However, they are the most unorganized facility I've ever been to and I will not be returning. I've booked through ZocDoc as well as directly over the phone but when I came in for my appointments, I was not scheduled in their system. I was also told that the treatment that I was receiving was covered under my insurance but after two visits, I later found out that I was not and had to pay for both in full price. Again, very friendly staff and they do great work but the billing and scheduling services need assistance.

I'm reviewing after my first visit, and I must say, I feel so relieved to have found Dr. Higashi. I have visited mediocre chiropractors and holistic specialists in the past who all but dismissed me after a few prods and nudges. Dr. Higashi was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and really took the time to listen, and was investigative about my history. I felt well cared for, which is always lovely. Looking forward to returning.

Highly skilled! I’ve been to many different chiropractors and Dr. Stephanie is great! If you want a chiropractor who’s caring with strong communication skills and passionate about her care then you’ve found the one!
In this office they actually use X-rays as a diagnostic tool, which is rare now days in the field of chiropractic unfortunately.
Because of Stephanie I feel better dramatically just from one visit.
Bottom line, I’d recommend her to any of my friends and family.
