I booked an appointment with the neurologist, but was seen by an NP instead. I was not informed of this, and only realized several minutes into the appt (after already waiting almost 2 hours). The provider I saw knew nothing about my condition. The staff was friendly, but this experience with this particular provider soured the whole appt for me. I wish I had been informed beforehand that I wouldn't actually be seeing a specialist. That was the whole point of the appt. I will not be going back.

First appointment was quick but fine overall, follow up was canceled and rescheduled two hours before the scheduled time. Arrived at the office a week later only to be told the doctor wasn’t in and my results could only be given by the doctor. Rescheduled for three weeks later only for the doctor to be unavailable and “running late”. Refused multiple times to give results over the phone citing the doctors insistence to give them in person to only be given them by a nurse after three weeks of rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and subpar customer service, wouldn’t recommend.
