The front desk receptionist has an attitude problem that needs to be fixed and even if you arrive early for your appointment you're going to be waiting well past your appointment time. Dr. Perez is very nice but could do more to be more involved with her patients. After going to her a few times I never felt satisfied. Something I've had symptoms for a while but thought it was my normal period or I thought this was just how my body works. I've addressed these issues but she's taken blood and that's it. In Andrea's office you're just another patient and she needs to hurry to the next one. You spend all this time waiting to be in the office for several minutes. I won't be going back.

Dr. Perez was great. However, I had to wait 2 hours to see her for a routine followup. My first appt (physical) I waited 1.5 hrs and then saw the PA (was never informed I wouldn't be seeing the doctor).

She was great! But the wait time is just unbelievable. They need to come up with a different system because it's not okay to come in for an appointment and get seen 2 hours later . they need to schedule only what they can handle. Everyone was complaining that the front desk reciptionist was over Whelmed and seems over worked that she snapped on a lady complaining .

Dr. Perez and her staff are amazing! It's such a breath of fresh air to encounter polite and professional people in a doctor's office in NYC. I had a long wait simply because I ended up going for a walk-in. Margie (the receptionist) was extremely helpful and gracious, allowing me to wait even though she was at capacity for the day. She was honest about how long it'd be and I simply filled my wait time close to the office so it was not much of a hassle.
Dr. Perez was very personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions without seeming rushed. Highly recommend!

The staff is awesome and dr Perez is very nice and efficient. But the wait time is ridiculous. Been waiting for over 2 hours. Really wanted to get up and leave but. Already waited 2 hours might as well wait another 30 and get this over with. But besides that they are sweet ppl here and would recommend.

I am so happy I found her on Zocdoc. She and her staff are kind and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. However, please note that parking is not the best in that area, so you may want to arrive early.

She was great. Although the wait time just to see her was a little long. I went for my annual GYN appointment and she was nothing but professional and nice. I would definitely go to her every year for it and recommend her to friends.

This lady is awesome! It was my first visit and I must say it felt as if I'd been going there for years. Everyone was immensely professional and attended to you in a timely manner. The office space was quite clean considering the neighborhood and there is a pharmacy right next door if you need to fill a prescription. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be making Dr. Perez my primary care doctor :)
