I booked the appt and was able to get in the next day as a new patient. The doctor I booked with was very professional and knowledgeable.

Although the provider was extremely kind and professional, I was ultimately disappointed with the overall service. I requested a service that falls within established guidelines; however, when there was pushback, I was informed it was not within the suggested guideline, which felt contradictory and discouraging.
After spending over two hours at the appointment, I chose not to proceed, as the experience had already become frustrating. Additionally, while my insurance covers an annual well visit, I was asked to pay a co-pay. I receive my annual physicals every year and am only on a few maintenance medications, and this is the first time I have ever encountered this situation.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and it will be my last visit.

This place is terrifying and unprofessional. The medical assistant was asking me how to spell certain words, they tried to force a blood draw with no reasoning on my very first visit, the lights were flickering nonstop, the office was located in a strange and run down building, and they communicated very poorly. Never ever coming back and warning everyone I know about this clinic.

Dr. Nicolina Mboya was very thorough in her medical analysis of my health. She explained things to me and gave me a better understanding of what I was there for. She listens very catefully to the patient. Overall, it was a great experience for me.

Dr. Mboya and her staff actually listened to me me when I have always felt unheard. She made me feel at ease, and at home. She showed true care and concern for me and my questions and made me almost feel safe like a child would. I received excellent care from this Dr. Office and highly recommend her to anyone needing a new PCP!

Dr. Mboya is great! She hears every concern you have. She does not try to push unnecessary treatments on you. She gives you choices and make you feel that you have a choice in your health care plan decisions. I recommended her to a friend of mine who has been trying to find the right doctor for herself and she loves Dr. Mboya and has already made future appointments with her.

The experience was great with the 2 doctors and the nurse in training! They all were very attentive and listen to everything I explained to them about my issues medical wise. Great advice was giving and I have a follow up in 2 weeks!

I waited over 2 hours and still had not seen the doctor. I’ve had shorter waiting periods at emergency rooms. Also, this office only has morning appointments. Lastly, the communication at this office could be better because if your are overbooked, just say so.. So I wouldn’t go here if I were you, but if you have that kind of free time, be my guest.

Everyone was very sweet and easy to talk to. My only issue was the wait. I understand I was a new patient so things as far as paperwork and such took longer. But also I then realized some of the ladies in the office were trainee's so I can respect that. It was just much longer than I anticipated for any appointment. Overall, its a great place and as of right now, I will be scheduling all my necessary appointments there.

The environment was one that makes you feel safe and like you’re gonna be taken care of. They cover all aspects of their check ups and can help you find problems you didn’t even know you had! When it comes to health why take the risk? I was nervous even when they were drawing my blood, but they talk to you and steer your mind away from the discomfort. 10/10 on the Recommendation scale
