I made a new patient appointment for annual & well-woman exams. I was told both could not be done on the same day, so asked to come back the next day for the well-woman exam. Each day, I waited over an hour to be seen, and both times, it was not by the provider that I booked with, as "she is still with another patient, so it will be faster for me to perform the exam." I spent a total of 3 hours for these two exams, a urinalysis and bloodwork. The toilet was broken, so I was taken to another one across the hall for urinalysis, in which they performed a pregnancy test, even though I listed hysterectomy in my paperwork. They asked to perform another urinalysis the next day, which I declined.
I will say that the 2 ladies who performed the exams were both great and professional, and the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's just not right to have a patient perform research to select a provider, and then not be able to see that person, in addition to the excessive wait times.

Office tried to bill me for a “new patient fee” for a visit that was 100% covered by my insurance and called it my “deductible” I was never advised or heard of any fee like this UNACCEPTABLE!!

I have been hesitant to go to the doctor for years, so I have gone without. The staff here was so kind and welcoming, my anxiety was alleviated soon after arriving. I would definitely recommend!

I was a little taken aback when walking in the waiting room to check in because it was full of men. I was there for a well women’s exam. However, I was told there are 7 providers who see patients for general medical reasons and pretty much anything a pcp would see a patient for. That was good information. The provider I saw was very nice, explained everything before and during exams. My lab results came back pretty fast. My appointment was on a Friday and I had results rolling in over the weekend and early the next week. A lot of positives. If I had to make a complaint it would be that the wait time was very long before being called to the back and waiting for the provider to come to the room. My appointment was at 10:30 or 11 and I left the office after 1pm. That was my only complaint. But I will be going back because I was treated very well.
