One of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Garegin Melkonyan, NP, FNP-C, DNP. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, caring, and thorough. From the beginning, he listened carefully to every concern and question I had and took the time to address everything and clear up all of my uncertainties. I never felt rushed at any point. He carefully went through my blood test results with me, explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me several thoughtful options moving forward. He was extremely supportive and made sure I fully understood everything before the appointment ended. What impressed me most was the combination of his knowledge, patience, compassion, and genuine care for his patients. It is rare to find a healthcare provider who makes you feel this heard and supported. He truly went above and beyond and overall he is an exceptional provider and an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

Everything was good with the doctor himself but his team never sent referrals to the clinics they said they did (except for one, which they for some reason booked an hour away from me). I wasted a week with my nerve damage advancing every day because they didn't take any action, even after I followed up a few times. Can't really see the point of accepting and seeing patients if you're not going to issue any kind of treatment plan after? Seems kind of cruel, just refer them elsewhere.

The man is kind and polite and proactive he goes for what works and give you a plan and investigate further. Basically he and his office operate like a primary care provider and has genuine interest in building the relationship. I will follow up with him so far the meds he gave me are helping. See these guys, they are good at what they do. I saw them in a Sunday and it was efficient much better than going to an emergency room or urgent care facility.
