I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care provided by the doctor / Nurse Practioner Helen Owusu-Baah.. She is truly one of the most down-to-earth, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate medical professionals I have ever met. Her energy is amazing, and she immediately put us at ease.
Despite technical issues on my end—including multiple dropped calls on my end my connection was the worst. And each time when she got back on the phone or on the video call, she remained just as friendly and professional as the first time she took the call.
Her patient teaching skills were excellent. I left the appointment wanting to do better for my health. She was remarkably patient and took her time with us. What truly stood out was how deeply she cares for her patients, including my son and me.
I am also recommending her to my daughter.
