Excellent bedside manner. Asked questions, seemed interested in my health and my health record. Ordered necessary lab work and tests.
Office wait time was excessive. I arrived 15 minutes early but it was about 30 minutes before i was seen. This is fairly typical with doctors offices unfortunately.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.
Dr. Shetty is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a practitioner who combines such professionalism with genuine care for their patients.

Kathryn Briones was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a primary care provider and read the great reviews about her, so I gave her a try. Was not disappointed. She didnt seemed rush, was intensively listening to what I had to say to get all the info about my situation and asked many questions to get all the details she needed. Very sweet and caring. The office staff was great as well. Will definitely be staying with this office and this provider.

I specifically asked for a on and when I got to the appointment they are primary care and I already have a primary care doctor. So I didn't even get my meds refilled and I'm out of estrogen now

I am extremely disappointed that they did not forward my bloodwork order request to Quest Diagnostics. I made an appointment with Quest right away, then waited for 24 hours for the lab orders to show up, but they didn't. I called the office 2 times to ask about the lab orders, spoke with 2 different people, and was told someone would call back, yet over 1 week later I am still waiting for the call.

Ms. Briones was very thorough and listened attentively while I explained what I was hoping to find relief from. She took copious notes and I truly felt that she cared about my treatment plan and next steps. A good sign of a good provider is one that asks the right questions and she definitely did that.
