Excellent bedside manner. Asked questions, seemed interested in my health and my health record. Ordered necessary lab work and tests.
Office wait time was excessive. I arrived 15 minutes early but it was about 30 minutes before i was seen. This is fairly typical with doctors offices unfortunately.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.
Dr. Shetty is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a practitioner who combines such professionalism with genuine care for their patients.

I have never had a doctor that I felt really listened to me and understood where I was coming from. She was supportive and made recommendations. What I really loved about her is that she did not look down upon me as she recognized what are natural human opportunities and the focus was moving forward and not looking back.

Had a visit with Kristin and her team and it was wonderful! I was greeted right away when I entered by a lovely woman at the front desk and squared away. Then shortly thereafter taken back to get my appointment started. Kristin was friendly, patient, kind and understanding. I felt comfortable and not rushed. Fantastic visit and I will recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a new primary care provider!

It’s hard finding someone in healthcare you feel listens to you and Kristen Tracy definitely did. I’m having issues with ONE foot, not both, and just trying to describe it without sounding crazy is hard. But she listened, she understood and we’re going to figure out what’s wrong and the best treatments for me.
