Easily the most productive medical appointment I've ever had. The mixture of professionalism and friendliness was just right for me and made me go from being very nervous about the appointment at the beginning to feeling comfortable and safe in seemingly no time. The means of video call was convenient and easy to use while the handling of documents was quite professional and secure. Not once during my appointment did I feel like I was being run over without a chance to express my opinions and concerns; in fact I was encouraged to stop or put a pause on the conversation to do exactly that if I felt that I needed to or if something needed to be said. Dr. Jen showed no shortness of care and concern for my treatment and my wellbeing and made sure that I felt heard about my concerns. I genuinely wish that every appointment with every care provider out there could be this good.
