I had read and heard about others dealing with neurological movement disorders (like Parkinsons, Essential Tremor, Dystonia, etc.) having benefited from acupuncture. And I'd had positive experience with acupuncture in the past for nervous system issues I mistook for anxiety and panic attacks. After only 1 session with Dr Wu, I felt some noticeable relief from my symptoms (lessening of tremor severity). While it was not a 1-time miracle cure, I'm hopeful, knowing the effects are cumulative, and am looking forward to ongoing acupuncture sessions with this wonderful practioner!

Great experience, Dr. Nikki was great at hearing my concerns, also very patient too. It was also relieving to head her explain thoroughly the process along the way, highly recommend her and this location for anybody needing physical therapy or acupuncture!

Everyone, from the front desk to the doctors were efficient as well as warm and welcoming. After the massage, cupping, and acupuncture I felt immediate relief which was so blissful. It didn’t last, unfortunately, but the pain was definitely lessened. They told me to wait about 45 minutes to one hour for my appointment although I arrived on time for my appointment that I booked through Zocdoc. They were not aware of the appointment at all.

Didn't feel comfortable at all. The staff continously came out staring at me and talking in their language. They repeated kept saying what my insurance doesn't pay for, but I booked the acupuncture appt by entering in my insurance and they appointment was accepted. I arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes before anyone even asked me a question all while staring at me not saying hello, can I help you, nothing. They made me feel as if I didn't belong there or wasn't welcomed there. I left without being serviced. Coming from upper Westchester ny to lower Manhattan, a traffic nightmare all for nothing.

I was hesitant about acupuncture - not sure I understand how it works tbh. But I felt immediate relief! (I went there because of teeth grinding, my dentist mentioned acupuncture can help with that). Well, I already signed up for another sessions. The jaw muscles are much more relaxed right away!!!

I have been there a few times already. But I wasn’t seen by Dr. Yu at all. I was seen by some young acupuncturist. I could tell the difference that she won’t be Dr. Yu. The massage bed is not clean. I don’t think they change the blankets after each patient either, because the blankets and the sheet look really dirty. I’ve seen a few times their employee cleaned after me. They just fold the blanket away. No change for the bottom sheet either. Massage and acupuncture is just so-so. I have had better once. The guy who massages me doesn’t really listen to what I really need, but just made me really hurt. I don’t want to go back there again.
