At HealthONE Medical Center, we are proud to provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based primary care with a special focus on women's health. Our practice is uniquely designed to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where women can openly discuss their health concerns and receive comprehensive care from an all-female clinical team, including our provider and staff.
Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care while building long-term relationships with our patients. We believe in treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis—through thorough evaluations, preventive care, patient education, and individualized treatment plans.

Please Note: We currently provide in-person appointments only and do not offer telehealth or virtual visits. If you have any questions regarding scheduling or whether we offer a specific service, please contact our office before booking so we can ensure your appointment is scheduled appropriately.
Appointment Policy
By scheduling an appointment through Zocdoc, you acknowledge and agree to our scheduling policy. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours after booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to a $45 no-show fee. By proceeding with scheduling, you agree to these terms.

I had a horrible experience with an ultrasound. There were three staff in the room who seemed completely confused were not able to clearly communicate anything to me. Not only was I left exposed half naked on the table but I actually had to yell at the staff to stop ignoring me and explain what was happening. I left with no additional information than when I came in. I feel traumatized and I will never go back.

I went on a busy weekend. I was seen by a different provider for my checkup but she was amazing. However, I was seen by Sanjana for my blood draw. It went well. I was able to establish my new patient forms and got my vital checked. I didn't have a specific reason for my visit beyond that.
I hope to continue to visit the office in the future for checkups and primary care. The office and staff were nice.

This was my first visit to Dr. Thakkar.
Receptionist warm and friendly; only a short wait before I was taken to the examining room by the nursing assistant who was very friendly and cheerful.
Spoke to the doctor once all the tests and questions were completed.
Dr. Thakkar took her time asking questions, explaining procedures, etc., so I felt confident in her expertise. I did not feel rushed.
The office was clean and fresh looking; easy parking.
So far so good!

Dr. Thakkar was extremely kind, patient, and very gentle during my visit. It was my first time ever going to a gynecologist, so I was really nervous, but she and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I also loved that the office has an all women staff, it honestly made the experience 100 times better and more comforting. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. Highly recommend!

Even though this doctor’s office was 45-50 minutes away from my home, I will be going there a lot from now on. Dr. Sanjana especially, is the most genuine, thoughtful, caring, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, lovely doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my life (at almost 33) - along with her staff. It’s a woman owned & woman run place;
The practice (HealthOne) also does many other things, other than just gynecology. Recommend to everyone! ??

My initial visit was okay, my follow up was very disorganized and they had a full waiting room for a long time. They seemed confused with why some patients and there was a long waiting time. I witnessed at least two people ask to speak with the doctor/APRN and the front desk lady started pointing to a phone number we could text with our questions. It was weird and unorganized. I don’t know if they are overbooking but seeing multiple people ask questions and not be given a straight answer was a bit unsettling. I am trying out zoc doc and this is the first provider I didn’t have the best experience with. Not only that but when someone called the front desk she was speaking loudly enough that we could hear their issues. The APRN wasn’t bad but the way the clinic is run is disorganized and if you’re talking to the front desk person she will pick up the phone while talking to you. They don’t seem to have enough staff to smoothly run the clinic.

Seeing her for the first time, I had to go to the ER for other symptoms, but I was impressed by her compassion and service. She kept texting me to check on my progress, which was exceptional compared to the providers I've seen through Northwestern and Endeavor. I've never been able to actually get in touch with any provider. I am switching my healthcare to her as my primary GYN because she genuinely cares. The staff was polite, and the office was clean and relaxing. I’m very happy to have found this provider.
