I waited over 40 minutes just to be seen by the medical assistant. When she checked my blood pressure with their machine, it showed an abnormally high reading that was completely unusual for me. I requested a manual check, which showed my blood pressure was perfectly normal, clearly their equipment wasn’t working properly.
After that, I was taken to an extremely cold exam room to prepare for my well-woman exam. I waited there, undressed and freezing, for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The doctor never came to see me. And the office was not busy at all.
Finally, I got dressed and went to leave. As I was at the front desk explaining my departure, I could see the doctor chatting with the front office staff. She didn’t acknowledge me or apologize for the delay, not a word.
The whole experience gave off the vibe of a disorganized, unprofessional clinic that doesn’t value patients’ time or comfort. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office to anyone.

This was a great experience! The front desk ladies were kind and were actually happy to help me. (Very rare these days)
The nurse who took my vitals was kind and thorough.
The Doctor herself, was very good at pinpointing my symptoms. She gave me an injectable in conjunction with pills. So I felt mental relief as I walked out.
Overall a very quick and prompt experience. I am visiting from out of town and didn’t know what to expect. I am beyond happy with my visit.

My visit was very informative, giving me & a good description of my 'medical life'. I was glad to hear the results and good explanations about them. I felt that, it was very comprehensive and she also gave good answers to my questions - and didn't mind so many questions from me. I felt a very fulfilled visit and conversation.
