Your Health is our priority, so we are open 8 am-8pm or twelve hours a day, Mon through Saturday. We open on Sundays for eight hours, 8am-4pm. We believe in timely comprehensive and continuous care. Thus, we provide a wide range of services, Labs, X-ray, Physical exams and a variety of diagnostic tests in house. Caring for you is our business

Very professional very courteously in and out very happy with the whole thing I will use Urgent care all the time and I’ve been telling all my friends. I don’t have to wait six weeks to see my primary care. I can get my cold pills or flu pills or whatever I need right away thank you very much.

I made an appointment for 3 PM. They called me at 3:37, and by 4:08 I had already left. The doctor was a bit serious, but she answered all my questions; she wasn't friendly neither rude. It was my first time, and I didn't have any problems with my insurance. The restrooms were clean, and there were already people there before me, so I recommend making an appointment in advance.

Easy checked in, We wait around 30 mins to take the vitals and the another 45 mins to being seen by Christopher Ochieng, PA he took his time to see us we were people in the room i know, it can be hard but he did very well very polite and respectful with my kids then the and checked out was fast the people in gront desk was very sweet

It was noisy and a whole family of 6 or more came back to do weight, height, etc. kids yelling. Stuck in a room for hours in lobby for hours. Horrible!!!! I asked where was doctor said she was writing prescriptions. Worst I have ever seen. Should be closed down.

Booked for a TB vaccine, arrived early was told they ran out and to come back tomorrow. Would’ve been nice to receive a call to reschedule since they didn’t have supplies available. It was the only reason I was going in for. Waste of time driving in the dangerous conditions to be turned away. Very unprofessional.

Great office and staff , they always help me , although very busy on Mondays if you can wait I'd recommend another day .usually I'm in an out ..Monday except 2hr wait ..but it's worth it for me .it's not for everyone..thank you Doctor and staff . Happy Holidays to you all.

visit was excellent I get in sign a form about five minutes later they called me do my vitals put me in a room I think I was in the room maybe three minutes or so and then the doctor came in examined me after the doctor left out the x-ray technician came in I got my x-ray done and now I’m on my way home everything took about maybe an hour if that. I came to this clinic because it’s faster than going to the hospital getting an x-ray and waiting for five hours for your results the doctor was friendly understanding sociable the nurses and the technician also. every time come here the service is an hour or less

Very long wait, so having an appointment didnt matter. The ekg computer is kept in a box so starting it up waiting or computer updates and setting up took over 30 mins. The wrong name was put on the ekg result. Staff was friendly, but there was 2 of us in the waiting room and I was there over 3 hours.

Hugely frustrating experience with this Urgent Care. I understand being busy/overbooked, but availability was listed. Made a video call appointment for 6:30 pm and wasn't seen until 8:30 pm. I had to wait by my computer for those two hours in the video call waiting room and contacted the office three times to get info on my wait time - they said they would see me but gave no indication as to how long it would take. They did in fact forget about me. Doc eventually called me on my phone and then told me I should come in so he could see my condition. I explained to him that I had been expecting a video call and he dismissed that and offered no explanation as to why it was changed to a regular call. Had to find a different pharmacy that was open late. The doctor said he would send the prescription right over. Called the pharmacy 20 minutes after my appt. and they didn't have it - said they would call when they receive it. It's been 2 hours and the Urgent Care is now closed.

Every time we come in for a physical that should only take 5 minutes or less we end up waiting a much longer time than needed. I understand if it’s busy or short staffed but it’s not busy and the staff just seems to be slacking off. I really hope this improves sooner rather than later.

I liked the way I was greeted I liked the cleanliness of the office ,the doctors on site and how I was able to do my blood work there instead of going somewhere else and was able get it already posted prescriptions on site.
