Had an appointment scheduled for 12pm. Office messaged me at 10:18am saying they changed my appointment time to 10:30am. Less than 15 minutes.
At 10:33am I received a call from the office informing me the provider stepped out and asking if I could do 12:30pm instead. I agreed and they sent me a confirmation, not through ZocDoc, with an entirely different provider.
Do not use this office.

My NP had her camera angled so that you could really not see her full face most of the time. Often times she would not be looking at me when talking and often I could only see one of her eyes. I found her demeanor stern, gruff and affect somewhat flat. I was grateful for the help but would like to please have my next appointment with the original NP that I had booked with or anyone else. I was in a really difficult space with so much going on, barely hanging in there… she really needed to be more sensitive to that but maybe that’s just her personality. I mean no offense to her and I’m sure that she is very bright and a good clinician. She is just not right for me at all.

I was able to get a same day appointment, the communication with the office staff was very professional and efficient.
Before my appointment I had a question about my insurance and the office staff took the time to explain everything to me .
Ms Boyd explained everything she prescribed in great detail to me, including side effects, dosage and exactly what each script was given to treat.
My scripts were transferred to my pharmacy within an hour of my appointment.
This practice is polite, prompt and efficient, a real rarity anymore.

I really enjoy my appointments with Tremaine! She is a great listener and doesn't judge you in the slightest. She understands where you're at in your mental health journey and meets you where you are without trying to force you into things you're not ready for. I really appreciate the open conversation and jokes that we can have during our appointments, so they don't always feel so heavy. I recommend Tremaine to anyone who is looking for a kind and compassionate mental health professional!

I would highly recommend Mr. Douglas Watson. I was very nervous before I booked the session, unsure of the process. This was however a non issue because it was very easy to navigate and figure out what to do. Mr. Watson listened intently, let me talk and he really tried to actually figure out what was going on. Together we reviewed my history and childhood and discovered some trauma I had been suppressing. Thanks to him, I got a diagnosis and I am confident we can see this through. Thank you so much for listening to me, and not judging me. Such a big relief!!!!!

Dr. Watson was absolutely 1 of the best providers whom I have ever seen in my 20+ years of having my concerns ! & He to me if your haven issues which in fact he is very , knowledgeable, caring , great listener, asking you questions , as well as I did from my experience , & from my past able to give my own options in how I have in past been helped & or given treatment from other providers !
