Honestly , I’d never go back. I always come to this urgent care for the same thing and when I went yesterday it was like if I was a new patient and I waited for almost 2 hours just to not get any help .

STAY FAR AWAY! I waited almost 2 hours to see the Melissa for 3 mins. Prescribed medication without explaining why. NOT GOOD!!!

Was a very pleasant experience everyone on staff was nice. Melissa Toulios NP is amazing. Very thorough and happy to find someone who really listens to my concerns. She completed more test than my previous doctors. She didn't make me feel crazy, she was genuinely concerned about my issues.

First time there ,, i was. new patient and was welcomed, friendly staff .. went in to remove my IUD and would definitely recommend to everyone! Friendly and great listener! I’m glad I chose to go there!

Melissa was amazing! She did more for me in 30 mins than MacNeal Hospital did for me in 3 hours!!!! Melissa diagnosed the problem, prescribed me medicine to treat it, gave me tips to help speed up the process, & also prepared me for future appointments if this doesn’t work. I felt heard & taken care of. Thank you!!!

I recommend this office due to its friendly staff and professionalism of the healthcare team. The office was very clean and wait time was reasonable. It’s a one stop shop for most of your healthcare needs.

I’m always pleased and appreciative of the services I get here. I see either Melissa Toulios, NP or Jennifer Dunlop, NP and always feel listened to without being judged and looked down on. Wait time is very short and the other staff are friendly, work hard and take good care of you.

Jen Dunlop is the best. I’ve gone through several PCPs recently because none were qualified or compassionate enough to handle my chronic illnesses, but this is the first provider in a long time I have felt I can actually be honest and comfortable with. She is constantly instilling calm and confidence and knows how to level with patients easily. Highly recommend

Waited for 35 minutes for my appointment before I called the office and was THEN informed they needed payment details (though they’d called me earlier for insurance) I’m not sure they would have reached out at all if I hadn’t.
