Honestly , I’d never go back. I always come to this urgent care for the same thing and when I went yesterday it was like if I was a new patient and I waited for almost 2 hours just to not get any help .

Melissa Toulious was very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made feel very comfortable talking to her and all of my nerves and anxiety slowly went away.

STAY FAR AWAY! I waited almost 2 hours to see the Melissa for 3 mins. Prescribed medication without explaining why. NOT GOOD!!!

Was a very pleasant experience everyone on staff was nice. Melissa Toulios NP is amazing. Very thorough and happy to find someone who really listens to my concerns. She completed more test than my previous doctors. She didn't make me feel crazy, she was genuinely concerned about my issues.

First time there ,, i was. new patient and was welcomed, friendly staff .. went in to remove my IUD and would definitely recommend to everyone! Friendly and great listener! I’m glad I chose to go there!

Melissa was amazing! She did more for me in 30 mins than MacNeal Hospital did for me in 3 hours!!!! Melissa diagnosed the problem, prescribed me medicine to treat it, gave me tips to help speed up the process, & also prepared me for future appointments if this doesn’t work. I felt heard & taken care of. Thank you!!!
