Healthy Avenues Medical Group (HAMG) provides comprehensive behavioral health care for children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Our multidisciplinary team provides individual, couples, and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and substance use treatment.
We take a team-based approach to care, recognizing that mental health and substance use concerns can affect individuals, relationships, and families in different ways. Our providers work collaboratively to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that meet each person where they are.
Whether you are seeking therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, or support for substance use, our goal is to provide compassionate, accessible care that helps individuals and families move toward greater stability, wellness, and a healthier future.
Specialized Substance Use & IOP Services:
HAMG specializes in substance use treatment for adolescents and provides structured SUD Intensive Outpatient Programs designed around different stages of life.
SUD IOP Programs:
Adolescents 13–17 (Tues & Thurs., 5-8pm)
Transitional-age Youth 18–25 (Wed, Fri., Sat.)
Adults 26+ (Wed., Fri., Sat.)
If you are seeking a substance use evaluation or are unsure whether IOP is the right level of care, you can book an initial appointment with one of our providers through Zocdoc. Please note in your appointment information that you are seeking a substance use evaluation or guidance regarding IOP. Our team can then help determine the most appropriate treatment recommendations and next steps.

I didn't follow the instructions properly, I'm new too the virtual appointments, I made another one week later, just a different provider, I would have liked to talk to Doctor Jeana, she didn't have any sooner appointments, Easy to reschedule with another provider.My wife has an appointment Sept, 22. At 5.00 P.m Tues. afternoon, I will get insights from my wife , this Tuesday .
