Well, the wait time was not 2 hours but over 10mins. Unfortunately, for me that is unacceptable for the first encounter. Time is valuable and if the provider has scheduled appointments too close to each other that they are unable to be on time that is a problem. It gives off the impression the provider may be over extended. I wish her well but that was not a good look (or feel) for the initial visit.

Timika had such a warm, inviting demeanor I instantly felt comfortable with her. On our initial video visit we were able to refill my prescriptions and get to know each other a little better.
