I think this building used to be a residential house. Because it is not purpose built for this practice, the space feels informal and amateur. The furniture seems thrown together. While the staff were kind and completed their duties, the process of check-in and intake did not inspire confidence nor evoke professionalism. Though I arrived 15 minutes early, I was not even given paperwork to fill out until ten minutes after my scheduled appointment (which was doubly frustrating because I had already filled it out online). The paperwork itself was difficult to read (as of a failing printer) and hard to fill out (insufficient space in multiple sections). I was seen almost an hour after my appointment time. The doctor seemed rushed and wasn't a good listener. The experience left me uneasy. I give a few stars because even though my visit was not comprehensive nor seamless, the purpose of the appointement was fulfilled.

Dr. Mozam is the best. He was able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment and the appointment was clear, thorough and professional. I was so impressed with Dr. Mozam, that I elected to have him as my primary care physician as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Mozam and his office for yourself and your family.

Wrong day by accident. Called to confirm more than once, no response. Called back finally over and over after I already confirmed my new appointment. Video call time, they sent me a link for a patient portal instead of using ZocDoc, didn't work. Kept sending me back to register. Called to say I can't join. Turns out they weren't going to be ready, never told me in advance. Told I would not be seeing the doctor advertised, instead would see a nurse practitioner. Doctor available a single day of the week. They'd send another link via *another* site as guest. Never received. Two hours passed, I needed to leave to do other things, called me via phone. Left a text asking to call the office, which I can't and don't want to do after no answer and call spam. Especially since they still couldn't provide me a link that would work. They could've just used ZocDoc as they advertise. Only way to set up appointments for their office is via ZocDoc, why would you not use it? Highly don't recommend.

The office is specifically for Medicaid patients and some of the doctors don't even live in the area, city or the state of Colorado! The doctor that saw me is anti-vax, anti-mask, and anti other preventive treatments for patients; very disturbing for someone like me who has mild asthma and had a sibling almost die from Covid19. Every image, labwork, eye exam, etc., needs to be done out of the office which is very inconvenient. The office staff and medical assistant were very nice and professional and obviously run the place. I will continue to use this location for annual check-ups and medication needs. But, unlike my last doctor, I don't anticipate building a relationship with these doctors that aren't there every day.

I logged in and joined the session on Heasway and waited over 15 minutes and was never seen. I finally contacted the number provided and there was no acknowledgement or awareness of my appointment. I do not even know who was taking my information. This was very confusing and a horrible experience. Please make sure my insurance is not billed or any copayment amount. I will not be using this platform again. Please remove me from any further correspondence other than confirming my billing requests.
