Healthy Mind Wellness

Hi, I'm Ania. I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I support adults who are navigating anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, stress management, and ADHD. I provide psychiatric care through medication management and individual therapy, and I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT. My patients often describe me as warm, solution-oriented, and easy to talk to, and I want you to feel genuinely supported from the very beginning. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Many people come to me because they’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, having trouble managing everyday life, or noticing changes in their mood, thoughts, or behavior. I believe mental health care should be collaborative. I take the time to get to know each person, understand what they’re going through, and involve them in decisions about their care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and other mood and thought disorders. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to start. Whether you’ve been struggling for a long time or have recently noticed changes in your mood, anxiety, or overall well-being, you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and treated with compassion.
