Hi, I’m Erix, The Connected Dietitian Complex gastrointestinal issues make you feel fragmented. It is difficult dealing with a chronic GI condition including eosinophilic disorders like EoE, food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances, ulcerative conditions, GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, hiatal hernias, celiac disease, gastroparesis, pancreatic insufficiency, Ehlers-Danlos, POTS, Crohn’s, colitis – ulcerative, lymphocytic, microscopic – IBS, plain old transit disorders like constipation and diarrhea, post-surgical complications or a combination. When it’s painful to live in your body, whether due to gender dysphoria, neurodiversity or physical pain, it’s tempting to disconnect… From your body From food From society I do not believe you are broken, so you don’t need to be fixed. But you may need information, education, new tools, new skills, and support with trying them on to see which is right for you, and which to leave behind. That’s where I can help connect you with in-depth Medical Nutrition Therapy, Life Coaching as you find your inner voice, or just with a self-paced study course to get the information you need to manage your well being.
