Heartland Lakes Medical Direct Primary Care, LLC

Subscription-based, personalized primary care, providing house calls* and virtual visits for individuals and families. Please visit my website (www.mydocscott.com) for more information. I also perform colonoscopies and dermatologic procedures. These are scheduled at the local hospital. Phone calls are strongly encouraged. My office number is 218-292-9545. While patients derive the most benefit from monthly membership, one-time visits are accepted. Membership rates are described in detail on my website. In order to be seen, you must reside in Minnesota or Iowa as these are the states where I maintain an active Medical License. I do not accept insurance. If you are on Medicare, please call. The flat fee for a non-member, 20-40 minute virtual appointment is $100.00. Discounts are available. You will be credited $50.00 for a referral of one patient booked and seen within 60 days or $75.00 for more than one patient booked and seen within 60 days. Credit card information is required to book the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged until after the visit has been completed. If you book an appointment and cancel after 24 hours, you will be assessed a booking fee of $33.60. Cancelations within 24 hours of booking are free. I appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your care. *House calls must be within a 30-mile radius of Park Rapids, MN.

Most relevant

I was not expecting the level of compassion that I received during my appointment with Dr. Maanum. Rare is it that a physician goes above and beyond their call of duty for a patient. Suffice it to say, I am very grateful to have found Dr. Maanum.
