This was my first visit to this office. Overall, it was a good experience. The office was clean and staff were friendly. The office was running a bit behind, and another patient waited 1.5 hours. I didn't wait that long, but it was still good 30 minutes. I will be returning for follow-up appointments.

Dr. Sharma is fantastic and I would highly recommend him and his office. Heartwell Cardiology is a smaller but very clean and well-operated facility. The wait time was short and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly appreciated the patience and support from all who work there. Dr. Sharma himself is a great cardiologist and he listens very carefully and communicates very clearly. I received immediate care and options for treatment, and my concerns were addressed. 10/10!

Be careful of the hidden costs. I made a self paid consultation, the doctor barely listened to my concerns, he was just worried about his next appointment, and always looking at the cellphone. I was extra charged for a 60 minutes consultation, but my actual time there was less than 15 minutes. Clearly the office is just in concern to make money, not to help the clients with their needs.
