I have been in the mental health field for 5.5 years. I graduated with my Master's in Social Work at Wayne State University in Detroit. I work with adolescents, teens and adults. I help people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health diagnosis's. I provide a warm, empathic setting, while also being upfront and honest with you. I met you where you are at with your diagnosis's and history. I am trained in TF-CBT, Prolong Exposure, ERP, CBT, and regular talk therapy. I want to work with you on setting goals that you are able to achieve to provide you the growth you are looking for.
