Heather Stample LCSW

Has life taken an unexpected turn? Is anxiety becoming too much to carry on your own? Are you feeling more depressed than usual—or like the challenges of the past few years have drained your last bit of energy? I see you. I empathize with you. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a courageous first step. With the right support, you don’t have to face this alone. Healing is possible—and you can thrive again .I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois with four years of professional experience. I specialize in helping clients work through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, difficulties with concentration or memory, and focus-related concerns. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and client-centered. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and that your strengths—even when they feel distant—can help you overcome the challenges you’re facing. In therapy, I strive to create a kind, loving, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, validated, and supported. I also value accountability and helping you take practical steps—at your pace—toward your goals. When requested, I’m happy to incorporate faith-based principles into our work together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, encouraged, and empowered. If you’re ready to start taking those small, meaningful steps forward, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Life wasn’t meant to be lived alone. Let’s take this journey together—one day at a time. Genesis 50:20 • Romans 8:28 • Galatians 5:22–23
