Hecate Healers
Hi, I’m Ashley Moody, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Hecate Healers. I specialize in couples and relational therapy for people who feel stuck in recurring conflict or relationship patterns they can’t seem to interrupt on their own.
Many couples come to therapy because the same fight keeps happening. A conversation starts small but quickly escalates. One partner pursues while the other withdraws. Over time the pattern becomes so familiar that the relationship itself begins to feel like the problem.
My work focuses on slowing that pattern down so both partners can see what is happening beneath the conflict and begin responding differently.
I use a depth-oriented and relational approach informed by attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic psychology, and the Gottman Method for couples. Together we explore the emotional triggers, attachment dynamics, and unconscious patterns shaping how people react in relationships.
I also work with individuals who want to better understand their relational patterns, especially when a partner is not ready for couples therapy.
I bring over 20 years of experience in healing and personal growth work and am currently completing a PhD in Depth Psychology at Meridian University.
Our approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in equity and empowerment. We honor each client’s pace and inner wisdom, and we create a space where all parts of you are welcome, especially the ones you’ve had to hide or silence.
We blend evidence-based methods with reflective, intuitive, and somatic practices. Sessions may include deep listening, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and emotional processing. As the work deepens, we may explore unconscious patterns, symbolic meaning, or archetypal themes, always in collaboration with you.
We also offer conscious couples therapy that helps partners slow down, hear each other more clearly, and reconnect with shared intention. We hold space for both individuals in the relationship while helping you build safety, repair trust, and communicate with more presence and respect. This work supports couples navigating transitions, disconnection, or long-standing relational patterns.
Our style is depth-oriented and integrative, informed by psychology, lived experience, and the healing traditions of soul work. We believe therapy can be a sacred space to reconnect with your truth, your body, and your path forward—not just a place to “fix” what feels wrong.
Hecate Healers is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and welcoming to all spiritual backgrounds and lived identities. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning for deeper healing, we’re here to support your process with presence, care, and honesty.
