I have left no less than five messages at Dr Heckers Office. It goes straight to voicemail and no one calls back for MY BIOPSY RESULTS. It might not be important to them but it is to me.
I finally reached the receptionist today and she assured me they would call and they never did.

I would rather not, first of all booking the appointment was a hassle followed by a request for a referal that wasnt necessary. rude staff, cancelled the appointment for skin center today which was much better.

Dr. Hecker has been my dermatologist for years. I have had skin cancer, and her yearly exams and follow ups are thorough. She is busy but also always attentive in the examination room. I can highly recommend her.

Everything is clean and everyone shows they genuinely care. They also have revolutionary treatment. I had Basel cell cancer on my face. No side effects, no digging, no scars, only a spot treatment that works! This is the way all doctors should run their practices.
