My name is Helene Zupanc, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma treatment including EMDR, and OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I am excited to meet you and work together. In therapy, we will explore the changes you’d like to make, process past experiences that may still be impacting you, and focus on becoming more present and grounded in your life. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Helene has such a warm, welcoming presence and a relatable way of communicating that immediately puts me at ease. I always feel heard and never judged.
