I have gotten PT help from Sara off and on for years. She's an incredible therapist, great listener, and so knowledgeable in her field. I always appreciate her focus on ensuring her patients are comfortable and understand the plan all along the way. Love the Helio space in Downtown OP too, such a great location!

Helio KC saved my ankle before my wedding day! I sprained my ankle just a couple days before my wedding, and I went directly to Sara to have her work on it and give me exercises and a care plan to get me back to normal as quickly as possible. Sara always made sure she wasn’t causing any pain when she was moving my ankle around and it felt so much better after working with her! The old R.I.C.E strategy definitely wouldn’t have worked as well as seeing Sara. Couldn’t recommend enough!
