I am here to tell you that it is okay to ask for help and seeking a professional therapist is the first step in your journey. Life is hard at times, with a multitude of life transitions, from graduating from high school to finishing college, starting a new job, or having feelings of being stuck either personally and/or professionally. Life is not an easy road to travel, but as we travel through different life challenges, sometimes we need help from others and it’s okay to seek help.
