Also the young lady that drew my blood was on point. I’ve always had issues in finding my vein& she did it with 1 stick no pain.

It was my first time at this office since switching insurance. From the moment receptionist, medical assistant, and Doctor everyone was so friendly and helpful. The office is clean and they took me right away. I definitely will be going back!

The provider, medical assistant, and office staff were friendly and professional. However, ZocDoc and the office accepted my insurance but apparently they were not actually in the network. Therefore, there was no coverage. The information ZocDoc collected did not transfer and the appointment time given was not honored due to lunchtime (not specified on ZocDoc). Also, mistakes at the office left me with 4 different dates/time which kept shifting via text and email without any warning. The office visit was good, but the administration getting to that point was absolutely horrible.
