Nausea isn't as bad but still present, lower left back keeps aching through out the day and I know getting this static wave of disorientation that I feel from the front of my brain and travels all the way to the back of it.

Went in for an injury to my left eye. Paid my co pay. Seen the doctor, who was very friendly... and she dyed my eye and shined a black light in it and told me that my eye was fine just irritated. A few hours after I went home, the pain got excruciating. I then booked a same day appointment at Optimeyes and the doctor there told me there's a large cut on my eye and needed a bandage contact lense to heal properly. But the Henry Ford Urgent care doctor told me my eye was fine, charged me money and sent me on my way. I'm sure they are a fine Urgent Care, but I probably wouldn't recommend this place for any eye issues.

I went to this place because my home clinic closed and I am not sure where to go around my house for PCP care. I have worked very hard for my sobriety. I left with paperwork that said I have a current alcohol problem as of the date I went there. So they basically threw all my hard work away for the next Henry Ford Dr I manage to come across. I stopped going to Wyandotte Hospital because of this. I am not sure why all Henry Ford Doctors seem to want to keep me in this bubble of always an alcoholic. This place didn't treat me like that when I was there. The bedside manner was great. But the Dr asked me if I was taking all these random medications. Some I didn't even recognize. But one was an addiction medication I was never able to take. Anyway if I am not on that medication anymore. You ask if I drink and I tell you no. I am honest about my marijuana use. But I did not like that she put on my paperwork that I have a CURRENT alcohol problem. Come on Henry Ford. I worked SO HARD for that!

Yes, The waiting room was very clean, The receptionist made good eye contact during check in and the P.A. who help me was knowledgeable and able to explain my treatment to me in a way I could understand. When my appointment was over I was told my prescription was ready at the pharmacy that I chose. Thank you again!!

They asked why didn't I fill out forms prior to arrival. I always come early and fill out forms. They were mean, condescending, and rude because I didn't respond to text. I tried to explain my phone needed an upgrade to handle their site so I couldn't do it electronically. There were other problems including not a real doctor at office and other issues never go back there.

the doctor, though kind & polite, was dismissive of my concerns. i ended up in the ER the day after because of the issue he did not want to address despite me asking numerous times. the nurse was incredible. she waited until he left the room, addressed my concerns & reassured me i was heard. i’m not sure what the state of my health would be had it not been for her & her insistence on me getting an ultrasound asap. i’m especially grateful for how thoughtful & thorough she was.

I arrived, with an obvious immediate blood pressure problem. Swollen face, crimson eyes, headache. A woman at the desk never welcomed me, never spoke, never asked questions, never said she'd be right with me. She told me to go to the kiosk, and she continued sitting there on the computer. Finalky she got up and walked away. Another woman emerged from an area, came to the desk, looked at me sitting there and never said a word. I sat there over 15 minutes. I finally approaxced the desk and the woman ran my insurance, and there was a problem. She told me I could put up a debit or credit card, otherwise she couldn't help me. I left and went to ER. My blood pressure read 220 over 190. I spent the night in the hospital. My insurance was straightened out the next morning. I'll NEVER go to that Urgent Care ever again.

I get pretty anxious during doctors visits, but all of my concerns were validated and I was given exceptional care, squashing all of my anxiety pretty much instantly. I set up an appointment on Saturday for Sunday morning at 9:00 My appointment was for 9:15 I checked in with my wife and me could we both had appointments. There was no issue at 9:15 they called my wife in and me and we seen a doctor by the name of Jason Hill very good bedside manner understood what our issues were and prescribed the right medication I am feeling much better I would highly recommend Henry Ford urgent care on 23 Mile road to anybody needing urgent care services. The facility was well maintained very clean and the nurse that took all every vitals was very very nice I wish I could remember her name but I can't. Me and my wife are both glad that we went to the urgent care at Henry Ford on 23 Mile road we are feeling somewhat better.
