The provider was professional, empathetic, and attentive during our session. However, the virtual setup and portal communication have been challenging. I was instructed to submit documentation via the Rua portal, but the system does not support uploads. Additionally, my follow-up messages sent over the first 48 hours remain unanswered, and the provider subsequently called from a private number, leaving me unsure of how to contact them directly. Overall, the platform works, but you need to be prepared to closely advocate for yourself. If possible, I’d recommend opting for an in-person provider for a smoother experience.

I have been trying to get a hold of her all week in which I have seen she has read my messages and just isn’t responding. She sent the wrong prescription, then I was looking to switch the pharmacy since they were out and she is unresponsive. I have been completely out of my medication for days and feeling horrible. Would definitely stay away from this doctor as she is not reliable and you will have issues

its been weeks, the pharmacy never received the prescription and I have been trying to call the doctor a few times with no avail. I hope to receive a call from the doctor and I will change this review. I just want my medicine.

Doesn’t seem to listen to what I said about my past medications and experiences. The appointment wound up being a waste of time. Her computer system seemed to be acting up and unable to locate me. Would rather go to an in person provider.
