Hidden Lotus

Hidden Lotus is a private practice for mental health counseling services that are provided by virtual telehealth sessions. While a number of concerns are addressed and treated, the more specific areas covered are in relation to substance abuse and domestic violence. The foundational theory of practice used is feminist theory which encourages empowerment and also provides opportunities to add additional treatment methods due to its flexibility to make treatment individualized. As for substance abuse, the harm reduction method is utilized because we all benefit from doing things at our own pace in ways that work best for us to promote more positive and consistent outcomes. Hidden Lotus provides services to men, women, and children from ages 7 years and up.
